Do my clients need to create an account?
No! Clients access the portal via a unique link. They can view scope, approve deliverables, and approve change orders without logging in. Their email is captured for the audit trail when they approve.
What happens when a client exceeds revision limits?
When a client tries to request a revision beyond the limit, a change order is automatically created. This includes:
- A description of the additional work requested
- Optional additional cost and/or extra revisions
- The client must approve the change order before you proceed
How do automated payment reminders work?
When a milestone becomes overdue, Boundix automatically sends polite reminder emails to your client at 3, 7, and 14 days. Each email escalates in tone from friendly to firm to final notice.
